1992 Bronco Eddie Bauer Edition.
Converted to a solid Dana 44 Front Axle, no more twin I-beam. This alone makes a significant difference in reliability and drivability.
Even more interesting is that it was also recently swapped. A 7.3L Power Stroke Diesel from a 1995 Ford truck replaced the gas V8. Engine was resealed, new injectors, rebuilt fuel pump, new glow plugs, glow plug harness and controller were added. The exhaust housing on the turbo was changed for a slightly smaller one and spools significantly more quickly. A front mount intercooler was fitted behind the new grill (still needs to be plumbed, but I have the kit for it).
The transmission is rebuilt, and a transmission cooler from a 6.0L Super Duty was installed to keep it cool.
New carpet was installed and the split bench seats from a 1995 F-250 were installed in the front.
Manual Transfer case for the 4WD, ready to be turned into someone's awesome overland vehicle.
